This commit introduces new scripts for running the application, health checks, Dockerfile setup, and CI/CD pipeline configuration. It also adds necessary PHP and Docker configurations, as well as the PHP FPM library. These changes are aimed at setting up a PHP FPM based application with a dockerized environment and GitLab CI/CD pipeline.
